Terrasias Capital is a hands-on and active investor.

♦　We are rarely passive investors. We often prefer to take an active role in managing the assets we invest in.
♦　Our investment portfolio includes several brands and related intellectual property which are owned and 　　managed by us.
♦　In addition to our allocations to external fund managers, our trading team manages some long/short and 　　other liquid investment strategies in-house.
♦　Our real estate management team is in charge of our direct property investments, including residential, 　　office, hospitality and retail assets.
♦　Our family office team administers the family’s diverse business interests. We are a single-family office and 　　do not manage money on behalf of external investors.
